Our services
Cesit Ingegneria’s main construction management activities are as follows:
• Works management
Assuming the role and responsibility of general and discipline-specific Works Manager.
• Technical consulting on construction site set-up strategy
Examination of the possible alternatives for optimising the construction process according to target budgets and construction times.
• Coordination of contractors and suppliers
Coordination and harmonisation of the tasks assigned to the various contractors and any direct suppliers, according to construction management logic, with particular reference to procurement models involving separate contracts.
• Supervision and monitoring of construction activities
Construction supervision and monitoring is based on consolidated management procedures governing all operating phases, and on forms and check-lists aimed at assuring quality, the correct flow of information and continuous updating of programmes and progress reports.
• Examination and checking of works execution programmes
• Examination and checking of construction plans
• Book-keeping and cost control for the works

• Expediting
Cesit Ingegneria conducts inspections at the production sites of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers for the purpose of checking the quality and correct timing of the supplies and work lots produced off-site.
